I keep seeing robins around downtown Toronto.

I guess they didn't feel the impetus to migrate this year.

And they're all plump.

So they're not having trouble finding food.

I wonder how this affects the species that don't migrate but don't usually face competition for food from robins?

I love gumdrops.

I hardly ever buy them because they're so rarely fresh.
(Even slightly stale gumdrops are too hard and too chewy.)


Maybe that's a good thing.

Oh, how I wish they would not put glitter on greeting cards.

Having a tattoo is not exactly minimalist now,  is it.

Yesterday I bought some beautiful luscious bright red tomatoes.

They have no taste.

Just texture.

It's like eating styrofoam.
